Default Re: Who slows down here?

Preflop: I'm usually folding 22 in the SB with just 2 players in(unsure about BB). You're in a tough spot and need to pike a duece to continue.

Flop: Bet or Raise, seems like a 50/50. There are some draws but with a raise EP I doubt anyone has a 54, maybe BB. Either than that I want overcards to call to get more money in the pot

Turn: Play it the same

River: Play it the same and would pay off an extra bet with a raise. Would rising the river for value worth it? Most likely if you get 3bet your beat but I think overcards might come and call with 1 more bet on the river.

UTG - Overpair

BB - His range here is unknown since he just called from the BB. Hard to say what he really have on the flop, he definitely has more than a pair of 7s. Possible 2 pair or a set, and maybe a 54s trying to pump? Is this guy aggressive or passive?
