Default SB/BB ranges

I'm trying to tweak my game and I have a suspicion I'm too tight in my SB and BB vs. steal raises. What range of hands are you calling/re-raising with besides pairs/good suited connectors and big aces? I know your opponent matters a ton here, I'm just looking for some general ideas on what I should add.

Don't worry about steal raises in micros.

Well I actually play mainly SSNL, but I figured the question was more fitting for this forum. Since its more of a simple question about hand ranges and theory and not really anything in depth. If a mod could move this to there if this doesn't really fit in, that would get great.
