5/10nl vs CTS....3rd barrel or no??

Been playing 3-handed at two tables with CTS, him having position on me at both tables. Ya, I know, great table selection. Anyways, he views me as a TAG and I'm pretty sure he respects my game. We haven't gotten into many big pots. The pots we do make usually consist of most (if not all) the money getting in pre. I haven't 3-barreled him yet, or at least he hasn't seen me do it. What you think about this river:

That river is really blank I don't think it he folds enough for it to be +ev. Also I like pf/flop/turn.

If he called the 2nd barrel I feel with this river card he's calling the 3rd a lot of the time, or might be trying to trap you.
