Default FULLTILTPOKER says Im a cheater and closed my account/took my money

tl;dr warning!

I play alot of poker. Not so much on ftp, but Ive had an account there for a while and play some HU SNG's once in a while there.
Last time I played there (like 3-4 weeks ago) I decided to donk it up in the cash games. I had around 3k in my account and I think I lost 2200-2500 that night shortstacking 10/20nl, some of it was HU with 1 guy (think he was a regular but dont recall the name).
Anyway, that is not the first time Ive lost that kind of amount in cash games at ftp.
So after that I dont login at Ftp for a while. Next time I try to login my pw doesnt work. Well, I dont really think much of since around that time I just got Keepass software for pw's, so I thought I might have changed it myself. And since I only wanted to rail a highstakes game I login as an observer..
That happens as few times, till I finally gets around to try to find my pw i keepass, but I see its the same as I always had. So now I use the "forgot password" option at ftp and receive a new pw in a mail. That doesnt work either.
Thats when I mail Ftp support the first time:

MAIL TO SUPPORT
Fri, 9 Feb 2007 00:21:13 +0100 (CET)

Hi support

As you can see below I requested a temporary pw because I havent been
able to login to my acc the last couple of times I have tried. The temp
pw worked okay, but then I had to make a new pw and confirm it. When i
did that I got a message with something about "invalid pw". So I tried
once more and this time its said "internal error" or something like
that

What to do?

Thanks

RESPONSE FROM FTP

Fri, 9 Feb

Hello XX,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

It appears that your account is associated with another player's
account
that has been closed due to fraudulent activity on Full Tilt Poker.
This may have happened if you logged onto your Full Tilt Poker account
through another computer or if someone else logged onto your computer
with their Full Tilt Poker credentials.

For security reasons, we have temporarily suspended your account while
our Investigations Team performs a thorough review. Please be advised
it
usually takes 48 to 72 hours to conduct this examination. During this
time you will be unable to log in to the Full Tilt Poker software. If
our Investigations Team requires more time to investigate, we will
notify you and keep you updated. All funds in your account will remain
dormant until our investigation is complete.

Please note that this is by no means an accusation of guilt for any
fraudulent activity. We value all of our players and have security
protocols in place to ensure not only the integrity of our site, but
also for the protection of our players. Having said this, we do
apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and
understanding.

In the meantime, if there is anything you can share with us to help
with
the investigation, please feel free to respond. Your cooperation will
be
most appreciated and will only help to speed up the process of
completing the investigation.

Should you also have any questions, please let us know and we will be
happy to address them.

Regards,

Yue

Hi support

Thats pretty crazy..

"This may have happened if you logged onto your Full Tilt Poker account
through another computer or if someone else logged onto your computer
with their Full Tilt Poker credentials."

I dont even play alot on fulltilt and I can assure you I dont know a single player at the network.
Also I use the same computer every time I play and noone has ever borrowed my pc or account.

Well, I hope you get this cleared up soon... thanks.

Regards
XX

Next mail from Ftp is kinda clueless but Im (at the time) still not that worried:

Sat, 10 Feb 2007 11:03:36

Hello XX,

I have forwarded your e-mail to our Security department, as they can
most effectively answer your question. You should hear back from them
shortly.

Thanks for your patience. If you have any further questions, please let
us know.

Thu, 15 Feb 2007 00:03:22

Hello support

How long Im supposed to wait for an update in this matter ?

Anyways, I feel that, that line has already been crossed and if I dont hear back from somebody asigned to this case or the issue is resolved in the next 24 hours, I will have no other choice but to post these mails and (lack of) responses on every major poker forum out there.

Regards
XX (weakdraw)

Then I get this great response in return:

Thu, 15 Feb 2007 08:47:16 -0800 (PST)

Hello XX,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

I apologize but I'm not entirely clear on what you require assistance
with at this time.

If you have not resolved your issue, please write back in more detail
concerning your situation and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Fri, 16 Feb 2007 19:54:38 -0800 (PST)

Hello XX,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

At this time XX, your account has been permanently closed and your
patronage is regretfully no longer welcome at Full Tilt Poker. It
appears that you have been associated with a player whom has incurred
chargebacks to their Full Tilt Poker account. As these issues are
treated in the same manner as fraudulent activity, your account has
thus
been suspended and this decision is non-negotiable.

Please be aware XX, Full Tilt Poker management decisions are final
in all matters and any further correspondence related to this issue
will
be met with the reissuance of this exact email.

We sincerely regret that this incident has sullied an otherwise
amicable
relationship.

Regards,

Mandi G

And:

Sat, 17 Feb 2007 02:43:37 -0800 (PST)

Hello XX,

Thank you for your email.

As previously stated, your business is no longer welcome on our site
due
to direct associations with another player who has been found to be
fraudulent.

We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Regards,

Bevin

This is nothing unusual at any site. You have to be careful who plays on your computer or where you play. Its like AIDS -any kind of association and your screwed.-You may play on a friends computer and have no problem but that same friend may allow someone else to play and that someone else may allow someone that neither of you know play on his computer and if he frauds the site -all hands are screwed.

It seems a bit more common on FTP though.

Many of those complaining of such situations were later shown to be total scammers who had just gotten caught. No idea if this is the situation here or not.

But the lack of communication from FTP on such situations is pretty appalling.

"We'll get back to you in a few days."
"Ummmm, haven't heard from you in awhile. I'm still waiting."
"I'm sorry, I don't know what you want me to help you with."

This kind of idiocy is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

I'm still rooting for FTP to get these kinds of situations straightened out as they keep promising. But I'm just not sure that they are getting any better at all. Aside from their participation on these forums it seems their support leaves a LOT to be desired.

Seriously, when support tells you that they will contact you in a couple days...then they should freaking contact you in a couple days.

Unfortunately the jury and judge are the poker site only; there ruling is final. Until there is some regulation and control in the industry these things can happen. Why is this happening more on full tilt then other sites??

Plus he is saying he LOST money.

If he isn't the one charging back, and he lost, whats FT's point? He's chip dumping real $$??

Makes no sense.
