KQ turn two pairs against passive villain

villains stats are 40/3/0.5 over ~200 hands.. He calls my PFR very light OOP, but has been quite aggressive postflop in the hands I have played against him. He might have been getting great hands but I dont know because I havn't looked him up yet.

He doesn't seem like the player that would play draws aggressively.

I think he perceives me as aggressive preflop but weak postflop since I have been forced to fold a lot of hands and have bled ~100BB in the last 50 hands or so.
