Default Party Poker able to view our computer while the software running?

I remember a thread from a while back about how PP support have the ability to scan our computer while we are playing. I'm wondering if this could possibly be the reason that PP runs so bad on my computer compared to other clients. I have a top of the line computer yet I am still not satisfied with the speed of the software (I get 3-5 second mouse lag every minute or so) Anyways, the point of this post is to find out if there was software that blocked PP from looking into our computer. Anyone know? Sorry for the dumb question but I can't find anything anywhere.

It's in the FAQ at the top of this forum, but the two tools you want are ProcessGuard and SnoopFree

Thx for the info Juk...Do you know if I can run snoopfree simulataneously with Dave's betpot script on PP? I tried this last time and the hotkeys didn't work.

Just make sure you tell SnoopFree and ProcessGuard to allow autohotkey.exe to hook the keyboard/mouse etc and it should work I think.

Will this speed up party poker and stop it from lagging my computer? I have the same problems...

Also do snoopfree and processguard complement each other or just do the same thing? Is it worth it to pay for ProcessGuard?
