Default nl100 TT hand wtfcall?

hey guys, been lurking for a while and decided to bust out with this gem of a hand. i have villain at 37/15 over about 90 hands and was prepared to fold river to a decent sized bet but then he fired out about 2/5 pot which seemed like too small an amount to be successfully bluffing a busted draw with. dunno, how's my line?

What is their postflop aggression? 37/15 applies to preflop only.

I like the call if their have 2 or more aggression postflop, but if they are a .5 aggression usually those players are value betting here and not putting moves on ever.

Also, if their aggression factor is low I am not saying it is an autofold, but I am just raising the idea that we should be considering seeing the bet for what it is and that is a please call me value bet. Folding to these types of bets will get easily exploited by players who pay attention, but I think a mix of calling and folding with consideration of won at showdown and postflop aggression is a good way to go about this river decision.

I see either 79, a weak 8, (98 or something), a weak jack, sometimes a pocket pair like 7s, maybe 9s...I guess given that range, is he not on a hand that beats you at least 28% of the time? I'd say probably. Call.

I will raise this turn to about 40 and will take a free showdown.
TT is very vulnerable hand, flush draw is very possible also, so I want put money now to protect my hand and not on the river when villain will hit his draw.
