seriously, takes like 4 years to load [censored] up and crashed ( not responding ) all the time.

Ive done that one step compact etc and its ruining me!

How big is your database? Might have to archive it and start a new one. How often do you import? You can try dropping it to only import every 2-3 minutes instead of every minute.

Can't hurt to stash it away and try a new db for a session, and only import every few minutes this time. If it freshens things up, great. If it doesn't, no harm, just revert. Or you can toss some extra horsepower into your machine.

i have dual 2.6 and 4 gig ram
