Possible STT Community Forum

I know this idea has come up before but:

1) The [censored] thread gets really long and unwieldy very, very quickly
2) We get lots of OT threads that aren't part of the [censored] thread

I think this forum has enough OT traffic to sustain an STT community forum.

I WANT TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR: Nothing has been decided yet, this is not a change that is "coming down the pipe". You, as users, have the ability to influence whether this change occurs or not. I encourage everyone to voice their opinion in this thread. And to show that I am unbiased, here's the major con:

Many of the best players on this forum almost never post hands anymore. If we split off an STT community forum, these posters likely won't even see hands most of the time anymore.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I am not sure what the best idea is about this myself, but that's why I'm bringing it here, to the forum, to make this decision.

ssnl's [censored] thread is like twice as long as ours and they dont have a seperate forum. they even have to make [censored] threads part 2.

I thought the first option was, "Yes, I love the idea! Get all this strategy crap out of our forum" the first few times I read through it.

Also, will SFB keep his OT amnesty in the strat forum?

QFT Speaking for myself since I like never play sngs anymore I would never post in the STTF. To be honest I feel like in an sttf community forum 99% of posts would be made by the same 20-30 people.
