Default 25NL KK vs a tightie

Ultimate Bet
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10./$0.25.

Hero: $24.99

Villain is pretty straightforward. 26/14/1.8. I'm sure he looks at me in a similar way if he is paying attention. We have played quite a bit at the same tables. Comments on any street please.

Call.

If I'm villian I think there's a decent chance you have very little and that the turn bet was you taking a single shot at the pot with a scary board and then giving up.

He could have an A but you're getting something like 4-1 and that's plenty. A re-raise doesn't fold anything you're behind and probably doesn't get paid off by much that you're beating. I think you see a pocket pair or even a strong T here fairly often.
