3 handed, $490 effective stack between me and opponent.
I get A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the BB, button raises to $7. Will reraise here often but somehow decided to call. flop J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Nice! Now since pot is too small in relation with the stacks for a bet/3bet allin, i think im gonna check raise a little, but opponent checks behind. turn 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Sweet. Just too bad he hasn't shown interest in the pot so far. I bet $14 into $14, he raises with $20 to $34. SWEET! But: how am i getting more in? If i 3bet a normal amount, my hand becomes pretty transparent and im giving him much in implied odds since under most circumstances I'm not folding any river. But if I call, planning to check raise river, the pot will still be so small on river that i need to be pretty sure he's betting and calling a hefty check raise to extract much value. So what do you feel is best? 3betting turn or calling with the plan to C/R river big? What about a paired board in both lines? |

RR pre is uber std IMO.
I think CRing the flop this deep puts us in an awkward spot a lot on the turn. C/C seems bad, so maybe lead? Turn 3b because he can donkey slowplay a set on the flop. I repop to 105. |
