My FTP rakeback affiliate is currently getting investigated

And i am still owed $400 and change. Is there anyways i could still collect this from FTP or am i screwed?

So whats my next step? I emailed support to try to collect from ftp directly because the affiliate told me if they close him down he wont pay us.
