Default $25NL Is this Boat too fast?

Villain is very TAG, under 13. Did I miss out on the end by pushing? I figure we are pot committed anyway.

Thoughts?

I don't see much reason to push the turn here. You can't lose to anything except TT (or 88 if an 8 comes), which already has you beat. Hope a K Q or J comes on the river and they have AK, AQ or AJ. I think taking away their chance to bet at this pot again is -EV.

You played it well imo.

Villain's play doesn't make any sense though. He's getting 3:1 for calling, I don't know why he leads with such a large bet after getting raised on the flop if he's not planning to get it in...

Turn push is unneccesary, you have a total lock on the hand and villain wants to play, so just call and pot commit the rest of his stack on the end.

I'd call the turn here and get the money in on the river.

Shoving is much worse than calling imho.

Let him give another chance to bluff or let him catch on. Not a single card in the deck is gonna hurt you.
