Re: $11 - so you say you have the nuts then?
Fold. I think the only hand that open limps, checks this flop, c/c's the turn, and fourbets the river is the nut flush. Sets and two pair bet the flop, lower flushes bet the flop. (on that note, why didn't you?) He's probably not jamming the third nuts for value on this board, and I highly doubt he's bluffing.
Why did you threebet the river? You never get action from worse flushes. |

Re: $11 - so you say you have the nuts then?
It is not the nuts Axs wins.
Lead this on the flop and start building a pot so you can get it in sooner, also a 4th spade is probably going to kill any action you would hope to get on the remaining 2 Streets. |

Re: $11 - so you say you have the nuts then?
I 100% agree with leading flop and so on, but as played this doesn't make sense. Worse flushes should be betting the flop or turn, and why would a straight be fourbetting on a threeflush board? What is he beating, the NFD that will fold anyway? It really looks to me like villain is slowplaying the nut flush.

You're almost always ahead here. Get it in. |
