$2/5 NL @ Commerce - hand with \"Screech\" from \"Saved By The Bell\"
So I hit up Commerce for a little $2/5 action, had been playing for about 4 hours and had worked my $500 up to $1200 or so. During this time, Screech from Saved By The Bell sat in the seat to my left. I wasn't expecting much, but Screech does have some game. Showed down a few bluffs, but I noted that he ran his fingers through his afro every time he had a good hand, and didn't do this when he was bluffing. This would be quite a useful tell.
I'm in the CO, play folds around to me and I pick up 33. I pop it to $15, Screech calls on the button and the blinds fold. Flop comes 5h 8c Jh. I fire a C-Bet of $25, Screech repops me to $75. Easy fold, right? Not so fast, friends. Screech had been messing around with alot of [censored], I decide to smooth call and see what develops on the turn: Ks. I check, Screech fires $175 into the pot. "Big Bet, Screech," I remark. "What can I say, Big Hand," he says back. Still feeling my hand is good, I call. River is the Jd. I check. Screech moves in. Yet he doesn't touch his afro once. While I had picked up on this tell earlier, my hand was still pretty pitiful and I needed to ensure it would win. I started interrogating screech to get tells out of him: "Did Elizabeth Berkeley give off any [censored]-tendencies while on 'Saved' or did 'Showgirls' come as a shock to you?" and "Did you guys ever party with Mr. Belding?" After about two minutes (Screech had requested a clock on me), I said, "You know what Screech? I just don't believe you. I call." His hand hit the muck simultaneously as I flipped over 33. "TURN HIS HAND OVER" I yelled at the dealer, who flipped 7h 6h. Everyone at the table went crazy - "What a call!" while I shook Screech's hand. "Hell of a call, my man" he said. "Thanks Screech." "By the way, it's Dustin" he said back. "Sorry, Dustin. You're a good player, it just wasn't meant to be today." |

Awesome story. In NYC you can play with A-Rod, in LA you can play with Screech.

Before I even read this, let's remember this is the guy who put 9k worth of chips in his backpack and ran out of the casino after losing to a 1 outer. In short, his posts may be a load of BS.
EDIT: Pretty sure this is a lie. |
