Hello, a friend and I are leaving to visit Ireland in two days, and we both love playing poker.
Using the search function I found that most people said the Fitzwilliam club is the best place to play in Dublin. I have not found any info on Belfast card clubs (this is where we will be staying most of the time). Are there any card clubs in Belfast that have cash games either NL or Omaha? My friend is from Belfast, but he hasn't been back for about 10 years. He said his brother knows of bars that have tournaments in Belfast, but we would like to find ring games. Any help will be greatly appreciated! slainte, benny |

Hello Benny,
There is a poker room in Bangor, which is a town about 9 miles south of Belfast. It is directly beside the Bangor Cinema, and is based in Oasis Bingo, downstairs. For more information or somebody to contact, visit their website. http://www.fortunerooms.co.uk There is tournaments running daily, the club is open 7 days a week. 7pm - 5am, and cash games running daily from around 10pm. Good luck with the trip... |
