Default InterPoker Platinum Club

What are the benefits of being part of the Platinum club at InterPoker?

Says it takes 8000 MPPs during one calender month to become a member, and then only 4000 MPPs a month to retain the membership. I'd have to play more than normal to reach 8k MPPs, but I'm thinking about doing it as I'll only need 4k MPPs a month after that. Is it worth it?

That is quite a horrible advertisement of a promo when people are only informed they must slave their butt off the full month, and don't even get told what they will get (if anything at all).

You get the possibility of taking advantage of the highend reloads:

The 800$ for 7500MPPs and the 1100$ for 10000MPPs as opposed to the highest one available to a regular player:

500$ for 4500 points

But that's no fun! I want more information about "Would you enjoy attending exclusive parties?" .

I'll probably send them a mail and see. I figured I'd probably have to play ~8h a day every single day to reach 8000MPPs, the parties had better be exclusive!

I doubt that they're THAT exclusive.

Hehe, probably not. I was thinking, how much will they earn a month on a player accumulating 8000 MPPs? I've raked $87 since I started there a few days ago, over ~1800 hands, and I've received 326.5 MPPs.

8000/326.5 = ~24.5

24.5*87 = ~$2100

How much of that can they possibly be using for promotions? 20%? Suppose those parties aren't that exclusive then =/. But hey, if they send me some silly InterPoker Platinum Club cap it'll be enough to make me feel special.

I really feel sorry for those that ever use the higher reload bonus limits because they're platinum members. Playing that damn much and not being a winning player must suck pretty hard.

Why would you assume that someone using the reload is not a winning player?

The reload just makes a winning player more winning... 1000$ per month in bonus + a [censored] of rakeback + winnings could equal a serious winner.

In january I scored exactly 2500 MPP and made just over $300 in RB. Played 8600 hands at 1/2NL 6-max.

Going for the max bonus that would translate to $2200 in bonus + RB in just under 35000 hands. Not bad especially if you also make a little with the actual pokerplaying.

Don't you have to lose the money in you account to be able to make a reload? Or does it count as a reload if I deposit more money and play for the reload bonus, and the withdraw it?

I'm not sure I'd have the discipline to play enough to reach 8000 MPPs, especially at 0.5/1, but if I could it'd be nice. I gotta play a few more hands at 0.5/1 first to make sure I'm a solid winning player before going for it though.

Also, I noticed yesterday that at around 06.00 GMT there's not much action on Crypto. Well, I suppose I just have to learn to be awake at normal hours and play during the day instead of the night.

Sites could care less if you lost the money or not, a deposit is a deposit. So yes, you can just deposit more for a reload.
