Default Stop n\' Go flop, hit ace on turn, push?

I call the PF raise here intending to put in a pot sized stop and go. Villain calls, then I hit my ace on the turn. How should the turn be played? How is a stop n go here? Ho wis my overall line?

i tend to raise here preflop, but i guess your line worked for you. we know he knows it's a benign flop so his calling doesn't tell us much.
check-call it down for showdown value. he's not drawing and neither are you. beware of AK, but you will win a nice pot most of the time.

I thought about reraising, but being in the blind, I'm out of position for the rest of the hand.

Is a reraise and c-bet on the flop better than Hero's line?

OK, so you like a reraise PF? Suppose then that I raise, how much do you raise? There's T195 in the pot, do you make it 400-600? And if so, are we calling any raise/push from Villain?

Suppose I raise to T500, and Villain calls, am I pushing any flop, or just throwing in a c-bet? There will be T1075 in the pot, and I will have T1000.

I guess what I'm asking is, instead of telling me that you hate my line, perhaps suggest other ways of playing it.

I know that I have much to learn, and appreciate any and all feedback.

Thanks,

Hagbard

Yes esp since you will be OOP for rest of hand and him raising in CO means you're most likely ahead of his range. And I don't think Stop-n-gos are meant for hands like AQ moreso for when you are somewhat shortstacked and can push the flop with low cards and get Aces to fold. If an ace hits it helps you and scares him if he's got smaller pp or low cards.

I think I make it about 500-600 or so - I would like to take it down but don't mind him calling here as he's either got a weaker ace or smaller PP and high cards will scare him if I lead out on flop (flame away!)

Yes I am I would like to get it all in here I thnink unless he's an uber-tight nit which there aren't many at the lower levels...say your converter says "Ring Game" this was a tournament right? Stacks and blinds look like it's a tourney.

ummmm, this is not a stop'n'go at all. so already, you have the wrong idea. a SNG is calling a raise OOP, which you did, but then pushing any flop, which you didnt do because it would be a gross overbet into a pot of 285. as played, bet the turn.
