Default Wrong end of a straight. How did i play?

CO is loose, and in my view has gone slightly on tilt...

Pf is suspect

Flop lead and turn lead are fine but you need to 3-bet shove the turn raise. Villain could have clubs, a combo draw, a pair plus a draw, two pair, or a set, and he could call your push with any of these hands. Get the money in on the turn

Fully agree with Cornell, though I can't be too hard on investing a tiny fraction of the stack in the SB there for just this reason. I'd personally muck though.
