The max amount allowed is 27%. Almost all rakeback affiliates will have it on their main page.

All i am seeing on all of the websites are cash game rakeback plans. Do not see anything about tournament fee rakeback.

Whenever you signup for rakeback on Full Tilt, you will also get rakeback on tournament entry fees.
