Default What hands to 3-bet light with?

I wondering about No Limit....

1. Let's say CO with 25/20 stats opens for 4 x BB what hands do you you 3-bet light with here when you sit on the button? Hands like 67suited, low pocket pairs, or hands like QJ?

2. Button with 25/20 stats opens for 4 x BB raise what hands do you 3-bet light with in the blinds against a stealer?

If you have a hand like 98suited in the blinds and button raises is it better to fold, call or 3-bet?

these hands are always fold or rr imo. The reason being with a player with such a wide range your implied odds drop significantly. I would be more inclined to call on the button with 67s against a 14/10. They have a smaller range thus better holdings and if you hit the flop you are more likely to win a large pot.
