Default Howard Lederer weight problem?

Watching HL on poker after dark right now, and it looks like he's gained a significant amount of weight. I know he had problems when he was younger, but over the past couple of years he had slimmed down, but now this seems like a really drastic gain.

I was thinking the same thing earlier. He was a pretty heavy guy until fairly recently, he had gastric bypass surgery and lost the weight around 5-6 years ago..

But he does look a lot bigger than he has in the past couple years.

That's the thing with gastric bypass...you can gain the weight back.
It's not a final solution, it's only a temporary fix so you can address the real problems behind your weight gain.

Howard would not be the first person to gain weight back after such a procedure.

Kind of puzzling given that the man is a vegetarian and the rest of his family is far from huge.

How would you all like it if some strangers on some bulletin board were busy discussing your overweight issue. Is it really necessary and appropiate to do that here? Is it in good taste, common decency, and respect?
