If you look at some of the games he lost, you really can't point the finger at Marty... I don't blame him for losing to the Patriots. It's not his fault a player fumbled or his kicker missed

His team in Cleveland should have gone to 2 Super Bowls. In KC you could say he over achieved. In SD, that team should have been in the Super Bowl. If he couldn't get it done this season, then it was not bound to happen anytime soon. Look at the bright side, the Bucs won the Super Bowl the year after they fired Dungy. It just took a different coaching mindset to get that group of players to the next level.
