Monday Multi Level 180 Challenge - 2.12.07

Since the $10 180 games are taking much longer to fill, we'll try something new tonight that jgunnip thought of a couple weeks back. I'm going to try and keep it simple and we can always tweak things if needed. The overall cost will remain the same, as will the number of games and our scoring system. So, I hope we get a decent response and that we can make this work - it should be a lot of fun!

Rather than the $25 challenge cost, we will reduce it to $20 and play: 1 - $20/180, 2 - $10/180s and 1 - $4/180. This actually brings the cost to $1 less than before.

The games will begin at 20:30 Stars server time and tournament IDs will be posted in this thread. The same rule of 50 or less at 20:30 will apply for registering.

<font color="blue">All members must register for the next FOUR 180's on PokerStars AFTER 8:30pm EST (20:30 Server time). If a tournament has less than 50 registered at 8:30 then that tournament will be the first one. I will post in this thread when we are starting.</font>

Missed tourney = 0 points
180-150th = 0 points
149-120th = 0.5 points
119-100th = 1 point
99-80th = 2 points
79-60th = 3 points
59-40th = 4 points
39-30th = 5 points
29-20th = 7 points
19th = 9 points
18-15th = 10 points
14-10th = 12 points
9th = 15 points
8th = 17 points
7th = 19 points
6th = 21 points
5th = 24 points
4th = 27 points
3rd = 30 points
2nd = 35 points
1st = 40 points

Wins and final 3's are HUGE in this stucture. Tie breakers go as follows.

1st tiebreak - Total Monies Won
2nd tiebreak - Highest Finish
3rd tiebreak - 2nd Highest Finish

If tied after that it is chopped

Payout structure is the same as the 4/180 challenge - notice it's a bit different than the 20/180 challenge - a bit flatter.</font>

This is a great change. The final tournament will get started a lot earlier now. There have been many nights when I would have done the challenge, except I didn't want to be starting my last tourney so late.

So sorry, the $25 was a mistake and $20 will be the new amount to keep the over all cost the same as before. Hopefully a mod will edit that because I am unable! [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I think you should just do 4 total, 1 of each and then 1 more of the first one to fill, otherwise you could be waiting for a bit for the 4th.
