trouble?
firstly,this neteller fiasco sucks. secondly, is it realistic to be concerned about being fined/charged with tax evasion due to this incident.. thirdly, if netting under several thousand dollars in gambling winnings is it required to report it - if so can they take any witholdings.

Firstly, I agree.
Secondly, if you have intentionally not reported gambling winnings, you can be fined/charged regardless of the Netteller issue. Thirdly, you are required to report all income, and they can take whatever they want.
