AJs: shorty push + call in front (22)
I didn't fear that UTG+1 was calling with a monster, but at the same time, he'd be getting 2.25:1 to call if I pushed. Also, button was incredibly loose as the bigstack.

Re: AJs: shorty push + call in front (22)
Yeah, I'd push. I'm alright with big stack calling me with an inferior hand here. It seems to me that the UTG+1 is folding most of the time here and if big stack is loose. If his calling range is
22+,A2s+,A3o+,KTs+,KJo+,QJs It's +1.5% to be all in with AJs sounds alright to me |

I smell weakness when a player makes this flat call. Besides, is getting called with AJs such a terrible thing here if they're going to do it with an inferior hand? Are players gonna be flat calling with AQ+ or a high pocket pair? The only hands you have to fear here are middle pockets, IMO. I push and hope that the player doesn't have em. |

bump for the afternoon crowd.
i don't do this often but i think this one is interesting (and much closer) than the replies would indicate. think about my fe and what kind of range the caller would have to be on (and what his calling range would have to be) to make pushing correct |

45suited, I'm curious why you don't think a monster is in UTG+1's range. Or was that not what you meant?

Re: AJs: shorty push + call in front (22)
Unless UTG+1 has proven to be loose I'm folding. The flat call just doesn't seem right and I doubt you are any better than a coinflip against him.
