I would fold hand #1 with your stack, you don't want be playing sherriff with your stack - but I'm tight 14K I call
I would need to know more about the players to say much more than easy call, last time I saw this sequence at a low limt FT it was AK vs AJ, can't really see folding the QQ without some read |

hand ones an easy shove you see A4o more than a better pair. People are learing to shove more in CO and MP3 with 10-12bbs. Also you see worse pairs often. I prob go down to 55 to iso here.
Oh yah 2nd hand stick it in with 20bbs a raise and a shove is def not enough action to fold QQ without stats of them being super nitty. |

In hand one, if we know he has two overs, do you call?
I know the obvious answer is yes (because we are favourite) but what i'm thinking about particularly here, is your willingness to gamble at this stage of the tournament because of the benefit of having a larger than average stack. So, you know he has two overs, call or fold? |

I must have transposed the two hands in my head because I was thinking that you were the button and the push came from UTG+1 making it a pretty marginal call against a standard villain. With him as the CO and you as the BB I agree that this is an easy call |

hand 1 is a lot closer than hand 2, but i would push both. [/ QUOTE ] I agree with this. I thought hand one was fairly marginal given that im flipping here most of the time, but called as I felt the blinds were at a level where having a larger stack was going to be pretty beneficial for stealing blinds and making a decent run at first. Second hand is far more standard I guess as QQ is too strong to fold here. I pushed here as well. Quite interested to here where the cut off is here though ie. what hand is your minimum pushing hand here? How does it being the final table affect your decision? |

Hand 1 is a call. CO could be doing this with NE2. Hand 2 is an instapush
