KK overpair vs unknown, nl200
Villain is completely unknown.
Probably should have bet more on the flop and turn. On turn, I was trying to keep the pot small bit didn't want to c/c. How do you play the river? If you check, how big of a bet would you call? CO ($238.19) Button ($263.69) SB ($274) BB ($194.75) UTG ($197) [Hero] Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Preflop: (5 players, $3) Hero calls $2 and raises $6, CO calls $8, 2 folds, BB calls $6 Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, $25) BB checks, Hero bets $16, CO calls $16, BB folds Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, $57) Hero bets $35, CO calls $35 River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, $127) Hero??? |

Re: KK overpair vs unknown, nl200
against an unknown a block isn't awful here but you actually have to be willing to fold if raised.

Yeah, I guess a blocker is possible, but also difficult to fold since not much left in the stacks after that.
Bump for any other thoughts? |
