I was planning on checkraising the river or calling depending on how fast he bets and how much

i never fold here, if he has quad ducks then puck him man but in all honesty, i think your up against something like qj, never AQ cuz it raises somewhere

i really dont mind the fold
and aq might not raise on flop cause theres no draws
and its not just quads that have you beat
and the final point is that a loose-passive villain just ovr bet huge on river

Call, he thinks you have a queen and have himout kicked but cannot fold, but now he is tied and all of a sudden so he decides to mount a bluff so as not to split the pot, the worst that can happen is you call and he splits the pot, right?

Maybe not, but I have trouble getting into these muppets heads and I'm not sure I want to, but I think your good hear often enough.
