Default Is this against Google\'s ToS?

I was reading the ToS for Adsense and it said that visitors emails could not be solicited if you have adsense on your site. If you have one of those auto-responders and are building a list for customers, would that count towards "No solicitation"?

Isn't this basically a "no adsense on squeeze page" rule?

... and who would want to put adsense on a true squeesze page, anyway!
