Default Tough river situation in the stars $25+2.50

No reads on villian..Analyzing the hand I feel like the call on the turn was loose as the only hand I can really see myself beating is QJ..But when he went All-in immediately on the river I had a tough decision to make..Any suggestions appreciated..Fold turn? River?

If you raise a limper small pre-flop with KJo, aren't you kinda obliged to bet that flop?
