Re: NL 50 66 House on the turn
I think you have to fold hand #1 without any reads.

Re: NL 50 66 House on the turn
Why not just value bet #2?

Re: NL 50 66 House on the turn
the overbet in #2 looks like a draw/bluff.

Re: NL 50 66 House on the turn
Opponent was an uber donk, and I was 90% sure he was calling a push with air. He dono'd his stack over the next 4 hands.

Re: NL 50 66 House on the turn
On hand #1, the turn doesn't really change much: you're still ahead of a 2, 44, 55, and overcards, while you're behind a 3 or a higher pair. I'd say fold river. Maybe check turn for pot control and to get value from a 2, though that does give overs a free river... not sure about that one.
Hand 2: I like the overbet if it has a lot of fold equity, but I'm not sure it does--looks kinda fishy, like a draw. I'm inclined to bet like $14 instead, calling a push because you'll have odds. Just my 2 cents, though. |
