neteller negative balance question

I made a $100 deposit to neteller the day before it closed and it never cleared so I showed a -$100 balance. I got an email and phone call 2 days later threatening collections, so i ship them a $100 money order....been 2 weeks, they havent zeroed my balance and won't return my emails, wtf?

i would wait several more weeks. can you track the money order to determine if/when it gets cashed?
