Moving to a warmer climate to play poker
I'm in the UK and it's bloody freezing ATM. I've been thinking of moving to a warmer climate so I can play poker in a more comfortable environment. If anyone out there can recommend somewhere nice and warm where poker is legal, with decent broadband coverage and stuff to do in the evenings I'd appreciate it.
Thanks |

Re: Moving to a warmer climate to play poker
I can't think of anywhere better to be with regards poker / gambling; than the UK!
The government thinks gambling is the best thing since sliced bread. It's legal to gamble and thoroughly endorsed. There is no tax to pay on winnings. They are going to flood the UK with super (vegas size) casinos over the next decade and they are trying to persuade online gambling operators to move back to the main land. As one era (the US) comes to an end, a new one (UK) is about to start.... Give it a few years and it will be thoroughly sociably acceptable to gamble (gambling adverts on TV was passed with the new gaming act last october). Think how many people are going to give it a go??? |

Just wait until 2020, each day will alternate between -20 and +95. Forget poker- thermal underwear & sun block are the businesses of the future. |
