Best ADSL ISP in the UK?

I am currently using Freedom 2 Surf. They were great for the first few years, but the last 6 months or so they have gone downhill. Often I get disconnected several times just during the course of playing a set of SnGs.

Can anyone recommend a more reliable ISP?
