Anyone know of a great fictional casino book?
Has anyone ever written a story about all the secret things that go on in a casino, scams, looking for cheaters, getting high rollers to go busto ect..
Or a non-fiction book that covers these subjects? Thanks! |

I haven't read it, but I've heard that "Whale Hunt in the Desert" (by Deke Castleman and Dave Berns) is a very good read.
From what I understand it's all about the casino's hosts getting the big fish into the casinos with their rediculous comps. All you ever wanted to know about being a high-roller. Amazon Link |

I enjoyed Bringing Down the House by Ben Mezrich, about an MIT blackjack team.
