Default Full TIlt Problem

Full Tilt has put a freeze on my fathers account because they suspected that i was running two names which i wasn't. i have faxed and emailed id's and house bills to them but every time we sent them they state that they are illegible. E-mail takes too long to respond, does anybody know a number that i can call to speak with a rep directly???

The number is something like 1800 TILT PAY

Do a search, you will find it.

i have and they keep sending me the same thing saying they are not legible. it is really aggravating because i know they are perfect and should not be an issue when i e-mail them. i am not even getting a personalized email i just keep getting the same email response over and over again. :-(
