Be nice to me please, because I realize this is probably a very stupid question. I don't use Neteller...I have always deposited my money into my bodog account by just giving them my checking account #. I have always had my winnings withdrawn the same way.....I ask to withdraw a certain amount and it shows up in my bank account. I have not deposited in a while and I notice that I will have to set up a new way to do this.
Anyway, I guess my question is, where does this fall under all of these new laws...how was I able to do deposit money this way at all.....I am really confused. Should I even deposit more money.....someone help me understand!

There is a new service that Bodog has called Nucharge...I have not used it, but apparently it allows you to buy a phone card, and deposit into Bodog.

AFAIK - The ACH providers are not allowing bank account to gambling or poker site transfers, helpful threads can be located in the internet gambling forum.
