Default How would that be \"illegal\" ?

How in the world is it illegal ?

Playing poker on the internet hooked to a server off-shore is not illegal, except maybe in Washington or Louisiana.

I've seen at least three federal prosecutors on TV and read quotes from a couple more who say that playing online poker IS illegal.

are you sure? i can only see them saying that about playing online poker for money which obviously the .net doesnt let you do since it's the play money server. I cant imagine playing games online for fun is now a federal crime.
