Default Help plan course of action for ice on my roof (MS Paint)

I think that thing is a vent for my furnace? What's going on here? Did a squirrel get jammed up in there? It's been below zero for a week, but due to warm up a little. Should I take action?

It's a line dividing my house from my neighbors house so I know where to stop mowing.

Equip Beedog with blow dryer. Have him fly to the roof and melt the icicles.

This means the steam is staying inside your house, keeping it warmer. Good job!!

My true passion lies in the "People who say they'd rather have snow than extreme cold are dumb" debate, using the last two days' morning commute as evidence.

CrazyEyez, sorry for the semi-jerk like post but I couldn't help myself.

In spite of that, can you do me a favor and eliminate some of my ignorance?

What does "4_2_it:" mean?
