Pretty player dependent isn't it?

Assuming we're talking about a bunch of standard TAG's first hand not looking to go crazy:

Seats 1-6ish limp, seat 7 perhaps limps or raises to like 400, seat 8 now goes 1200, seat 9 goes to like 3000, seat 10 ejaculates then either calls or shoves, probably shoves. It'll fold back to seat 8 who will be the first to think about things, then probably fold, then seat 9 will vomit, think, think, and likely call.

The janitor will then be called.

After the board comes down the players will begin discussing the hand, and upon realizing whats happened likely start pointing fingers, making accusations and screaming "ZOMG!! RIGGED!!!" at each other. A fight will break out and at least 6 players will be killed. The survivors will spend 20 to life and look over their shoulders in the shower.

There, i think thats pretty complete.

Dude, you think seat 7 is gonna shove JJ on first hand vs a pot sized raise?

Seat 1:55 If this is me I definitely raise, if it's a typical player they would probably limp. I'll say they limp.
Seat 2:66 limps.
Seat 3:77 limps.
Seat 4:88 limps.
Seat 5:99 limps.
Seat 6:TT limps.
Seat 7:JJ pot sized raise.
Seat 8(Button):QQ calls.
Seat 9(sb):KK reraises.
Seat10 (bb):AA pushes.

Everyone folds.

EDIT: This is assuming everyone at the table is a TAG.

I probably raise TT if I see everyone limp on the first hand because I generally assume they have nothing and are just limp happy bastards

I don't like a raise with TT here simply because anything other than a huge raise is going to get a lot of callers.

I would think it would get limped in around to the about T's or J's, I think these hands could all limp up to the Queens who would feel obligated to put in a big raise, something like opening the pot for 5x or more likely to try to dissuade action, depending on who was dealt the KK in the SB- you might see a tricky cold call, I think a strong player with KK reraises to around 800-1200 depending on the intial raise, same situation now on the BB who sees all this action holding AA, someone like Phil Hellmuth would probably just call on the 1st hand of the tourney, I think your typical average B&M or online player would just call, maybe, maybe might push - I would probably push too not wanting to misplay the hand postflop -I would guess the 'proper' line w/ AA would be to reraise 3x the amount KK reraised to and then make your next play based on the action (likely pushing, but there are cases to be made for betting 1/2 your opponents chips, of course we already can picture how it play out)

Depending on the skill level of the players I think you could end up with JJ, QQ, KK, and AA all in, AA and KK are getting all in for sure tho
