Default Non US Stocks

I currently use Vangaurd to do all my investing. Ive been thinking about buying stock on other stock exchanges, probably gonna buy 10k worth of a stock.

What would you guys suggest for doing this as Vangaurd doesn't handle such purchases.

Thanks
