Default 5/10 live, Call this bluff?

Villian in hand is somewhat decent but not awesome, i have been raising a fair bit pre flop/playing fairly aggro but nobody seems to be noticing/playing back that much. Is 5/10 2k buy in game, hero has $3000, villian covers.

Utg limp, hero raise to 50 with JcJs, CO call, button call, sb call, limper call. Flop 567dd, sb checks, limper checks, hero checks, CO checks, button bets 50, folded to hero who raises to 300, all fold, button call, turn Qc, hero bets 500, villian thinks for a second or two and calls, river Qs, hero checks, villian thinks for no more than 2-3 seconds and shoves for 1800 into 1700-1800ish... Hero??

I was in the tank for about 30-45 secs and villian calls time, seemed like he was in a rush for me to make a decision which was making me lean more toward calling.

Thoughts/comments/etc?

Whats ur gut feeling? I would have check the turn for pot control, and then it would be okay to call a decent sized river imo. as played, I'd flip a coin, cuz if u think its a bluff....

since he is unlikely to have a Q, u can only beat bluff or flopped 2pair now.

Tough spot. Why not just make a big lead on the flop? And what about a blocking bet on the river folding to a raise? It makes it pretty easy for him to bluff a busted draw when you show weakness by checking.
