$27 SNGPT surprised me
SB is shoving any 2.
PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 with t25 antes (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com UTG (t2020) CO (t2635) Button (t1705) SB (t5605) Hero (t1535) Preflop: Hero is in BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB raises to t5580 (All-in), Hero calls t1310 (All-in) Flop: (t7315) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Turn: (t7315) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) River: (t7315) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) OK this was a spite call ... but running it through SNGPT shows it's +0.5%. I'm not sure I could do it again though. How much ROI do I lose by restricting my calling range to 88+, AJs+, AQo+ ? |

Re: $27 SNGPT surprised me
Don't make spite calls. But it's +EV because you are ahead of any 2 + the dead money in the blinds. But to make this call you have to be sure he really is pushing ANY two.

Re: $27 SNGPT surprised me
I'm sure it's any 2; he'd shoved all hands when he was first in the pot the previous orbit save one UTG.

If you really are certain, then you can make the call. Expect to be heavily berated.
