4bet or get it in on the turn?
villain is 45/20/4.5, we haven't really tangled before this.
Full Tilt Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $1/$2 5 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: $250.20 CO: $130.95 Button: $176.20 SB: $287.65 Hero: $276.25 Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 folds, SB calls, Hero raises to $8, SB calls. Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($16, 2 players) SB bets $14, Hero raises to $39, SB raises to $78, Hero raises to $219, SB folds. Uncalled bets: $141 returned to Hero. Results: Final pot: $172 I was pretty torn between calling and pushing the turn vs big reraise. I thought he could have a lower set and I didn't think he'd be able to fold it. While that's not an argument in either direction, I also felt that there were a lot of cards that could come on the turn that would slow me down. Thoughts? |

I wouldve 4bet shoved, the 4bet looks stronger beacuse you have $ behind imo. don't think it really matters tho, nh
