Banacardo and Guids

I submit that Gayven or virgin81 or Jewrollo or whoever else runs this horrible forum listen to short and sweet request.

Ban Anacardo and guids.

Reasons are obvious, but if not, I shall recommend that you find evidence in either the emowreck in TDF or in the sports/God thread in OOT. Guids has covered up his horrible tendencies with semi-helpful and increasingly repetitive weight-lifting advice, but I think that topic has been beaten to death around here. And Anacardo knows how to get a LJ account.

Thanks for listening, and if you want to ban me instead, at least do me the courtesy of emailing me ideas for a new account. I'm running low on gimmicks.
