Default Lots of Snow - Pics!!

Living in Syracuse we get alot of lake effect snow which is always in a very narrow band. Where I work 20 minutes away from home we got maybe 8". When I got home I found close to 24" of new snow to remove and my brother-in-laws car stuck in the driveway.

For those of you lucky enough to be in a warmer climate i took some pics!

View out my dining room - there are 4 steps leading up to this door so it is about 4 feet off the ground:

My brother-in-law's car stuck at the end of my driveway:

My Patio set:

Front of house:

Supposed to get another 18"-24" before the morning which means everything I got done snow blowing will be full again and then some.

I'll try and get more pics in the am if the predictions are right.

Here in Flagstaff, we typically get a lot of snow, but last year's biggest was 16". 24" plus some is insane.

I imagine that the water content is pretty high in Syracuse. Here in Colorado, the snow is usually fluffy, with very little water and it settles.

Pretty heavy snow as it generated from the lake moisture getting sucked up into col low pressure systems.

It was snowing pretty heavy here in Kingston(north of NY across Lake Ontario).

I love winter tho, so I'm up for lots of snow and cold temperatures.
