i did some rough math and the play was around +EV= 900 thinking villain had a range of 22% +/- (A4s+,A4o+,KTo+,K9s+,QTs+,QJo+,22+ ; i was 57-43 underdog agains this range) and a fold equity of 20%

given the reads about him ( fairly tight oop, did min raise a couple of orbits ago 1st in, in position) are these numbers out of order?

Not sure about this one you are giving him odds of 2.5/1 and not really hurting him that much. He also min raised which can be a show of strength. This is really down to reads if has he min raised before did he show a good hand when he did? You have a good hand but without an A its very vunerable. I think your range for him is fair enough given the blind sizes unless he has remained tight over last few rounds. I probably fold but dont like it.
