Default Call On Turn?

1-2 NL on UB (six players)
(and I'm sorry I don't have the hand history so this is from memory)

Villain is a fairly strong player from what I can tell. He has been watching me lagtard and I read him as waiting to catch me in a bluff. I had been raising with many hands and betting most flops with near-pot sized C-bets.

SB (Villain): 180
CO (Hero): 220

Folds to Hero
Hero raises to 9 with AsQc
Button Folds
SB Calls
BB folds

Flop: Q78 rainbow (pot: 20)

SB checks
Hero bets 18
SB calls

Turn: 9h (Pot: 56)

SB checks
Hero bets 40
SB raises about 70 more (leaves about 20 left)

It's 70 to call into a pot of 206 by my count, plus he has
about 20 left which may go in on river.

What should I do here? Thoughts?
