How is this not a push? What else would you be looking to do?

Super easy shove. Sure, there's a shorty ready to go busto. you're only 1 BB ahead of him though and you have a hand that is definitely strong enough to push. You don't have enough chips to fold this and hope he goes broke before you do.

Yeah, stupid post really. At what PP do you draw the line here? ICM says push 66+.

You could argue that you should pusher a little tighter than what sngpt sys because of the shorty having half his chips in the BB next hand. Although I find it hard to believe it says 66+ for any reasonable calling range for the BB.

Well, "ICM" doesn't say anything without the correct input. What's our range for the BB here?

77+ for pairs sounds OK to me.

I'm assuming 100% calling range. 66 is only +0.4%, so I guess not. I want at least +1% here.

this is wrong

you are saying "only +0.4%"...you have to be a enormous good player and the others have to play horrible to pass up these edges.
And there is no way that BB`s calling range is 100% here. Even if people should call with ATC in some spots, they still don`t do. We all have seen amazing and ridiculous folds.
And as a Bigstack i think I`d really fold some crapy hands, because i have no interest to stop the bubble.

dude, you have 3 bb's, and the other shortie has two, you cannot just be gaurenteed to fold into the money. You have the 4th best possible starting hand, anything but a push here would absolutely horrendous.
